Give Thanks Bakery, established in 1998 by Gerald Matthes, in January 2021, long-time customers and friends Katy and Dietrich Knoer acquired the bakery, continuing its legacy of providing high-quality, scratch-made baked goods to the community. They specialize in traditional French and German baking techniques, and offer a variety of handcrafted breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
